We confirm the age band with you before we arrive, and adapt to a single class, a full grade, or an assembly.

Foundation Phase · Grade R–3

Wonder & play

Picture games, live "make a story from words," and a gentle first lesson: AI is a helper you tell what to do — and you always check with a grown-up. Around 30–40 minutes.

Intermediate & Senior Primary · Grade 4–7

Curious & hands-on

How AI really works (a prediction machine, not magic), using it as a patient study buddy, the difference between cheating and learning, and a live "Real or AI?" fakes challenge. About 45 minutes.

High School · Grade 8–12

Real-world & future-focused

How AI learns and why it gets things confidently wrong, using it as a real study edge (practice exams, feedback, explaining hard concepts), integrity and AI-detection reality, protecting your digital self, and the future of work. 50–60 minutes.

I'm Shamz — Shamimah Koya, founder of Social Zip, a Durban AI automation agency. I'd rather our learners grow up directing these tools than be left behind by them, or taken in by them. So we bring the real thing into the classroom — free. No pitch. Nothing to buy. Just the gap closed, one school at a time.

Founder-led and Durban-based. A teacher stays in the room the whole time, and I'm happy to provide ID and references before we visit. Your learners' safety comes first.

Is it really free?

Yes — no cost, no obligation, nothing to buy. It's community outreach from a Durban AI company.

How long does it take and what do we need?

45–60 minutes (shorter for the youngest grades). All we need is a venue, a projector, and a teacher in the room. We bring everything else.

Is it age-appropriate?

The session is pitched three ways — Foundation, Primary and High School — and we confirm the age band with you before we arrive.

Are you going to sell to our learners or collect their data?

No. There's no selling in the room and no learner personal data is entered into any tool — it's POPIA-safe by design. All demos use neutral, school-appropriate prompts.

Do we need parental consent, and is it POPIA-compliant?

We present to the class with a teacher in the room — no learner data is collected or stored, so it's POPIA-safe. We work entirely within your school's own consent and visitor policies, and we're happy to provide ID and references before we arrive.

Can you do a whole grade or an assembly?

Yes — single class, full grade or assembly. We adapt to your timetable and your space.
